8 Procedure Term Term

code|name|namespace|family|ns desc. Description of the actual procedure. Typically, ICD9/10 or CPT, but could be a Term that is defined by the source system. This field is preferred, but this or the ‘Description’ field must be populated.

9 Procedure Type Term

code|name|namespace|family|ns desc. “Outpatient procedure” or “Surgical Procedure” or “Bedside Procedure”

10 Location Term

code|name|namespace|family|ns desc. A physical location like an OR room or hospital room. This is not a foreign key to a Location Entity.
